Responsibilities:
- Perform lawn maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs.
- Maintain equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Assist in landscape design and installation projects as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals.
- Paper Schedule Upkeep
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques and landscaping practices.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for outdoor work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Previous experience in landscaping or horticulture is a plus.
Compensation:
- Starting at $17.00- $21.00/Hour (Potentially more with exceptional experience and work ethic)
- Opportunity for overtime.
